Security Policy

IT security policy means rules, instructions and procedures which define the way of how resources – including sensitive information - are managed, protected and distributed in offices and their information systems.

The basic element of system security is a well-ordered security management described in a document titled “company’s security policy”. It is defined on the basis of strategic aims of an enterprise, especially in IT systems.

The security policy specifies:

  • threats to IT systems in an enterprise,
  • rules strictly defining data proper and wrong usage, its manipulation and its accessing,
  • procedures giving instructions of what to do in case of a security incident.

We recommend our service of drawing up a security policy for enterprises and organisations which care about key information security and would like to introduce clear rules specifying principles of working with data.
